BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE OIL& GAS SECTOR FOR SMES IN NIGERIA
Nigeria is rated as the world’s second largest producer of crude oil, with oil and gas exports accounting for more than 95% of Nigeria's export earnings. The country's proven oil reserves are estimated at between 16 and 22 billion barrels while some sources claim there could be as much as 35.3 billion barrels.
Indeed, the country is a lucrative market for any company or person willing to venture into oil and gas business as there abound many opportunities in the upstream, midstream, and especially, the downstream sector. The country’s oil & gas market is recognized as one of largest in Africa with the potential to be the fastest growing market on the continent.
In the light of the fore going, NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women has put together a one-day Forum that will expose SMEs to business opportunities in the Oil and Gas Sector of the Nigerian economy. The forum will present enormous business prospects to entrepreneurs even in the seeming low performance of the nation’s economy. This is a life-changing event that you cannot afford to miss.
There will also be an opportunity for you to exhibit your goods and services at the rate of N1,000 for Members and N10,000 for Non- members. Due to limited space, the exhibition area will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
